We engaged ServiceTek for our office space renovation. The renovation required the demolition and new construction of our 10,000 square foot office space. The renovation lasted approximately 3 months in two phases with our personnel occupying one half of the floor at all times.

We are very happy with the results of the renovation. The general contractor, Marty Galindo, was very professional and highly responsive to our inquiries and concerns. The project required various tight deadlines and difficult logistical issues. ServiceTek did an excellent job of meeting deadlines and finishing the contract on schedule.

We have received nothing but praise for the appearance and functionality of our renovated offices. I would recommend ServiceTek as a general contractor.

ServiceTek has done a great job for Palmer Village Holdings, LLC over the past year. Palmer Village is the asset holding company for Classic Companies and currently has in excess of 500,000 square feet of commercial space under ownership. We have relied on ServiceTek for our construction needs both medium and small over the past year. They have recently completed a tenant finish job in excess of $200,000 both under budget and early. In addition, they have performed on numerous smaller jobs including some based on time and material. ServiceTek has been very responsive on short notice needs and cooperative on the budget process, opening their process and information for the owner’s benefit and understanding. I am not in the least hesitant to fixed price contract or a time and materials contract with full knowledge that they will let me know of any significant issues and that the owner will receive a fair value for the work being performed.
